The Swiss University of Gastronomic Arts Management (CAAS) is one of the few universities in Switzerland to teach the best gastronomic arts management in Europe, providing students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in culinary techniques and gastronomic arts, as well as developing students' ability to lead a restaurant or kitchen team。To ensure that students' qualifications are recognized internationally, the school has partnered with the Ritz Paris, one of the world's leading hotels, and signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with the British Royal Chef Anton Mossman。
